Called and ordered a Subaru differential from April on Monday, we sent a couple emails back and forth to make sure we got some extra attached parts we needed, she promised it by Friday. They delivered it early on Wednesday WITH the extra mounts I needed. How's that for customer service!
Car got towed for "being abandoned" parked near where I live. Was a really frustrating and stressful situation but they were very understanding of my situation and act were super nice.
