My experience was great from start to end Michael was my sales associate and I have to say I am impressed with his professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and he has a great personality. Update- Summer 23: today I had another opportunity to interact with Mercedes of Warwick. Thier representative named Austin (first name) is one of the best service professionals I've ever come across! Easy to talk to, gives you full attention and he tells it plainly without guessing or "hoping" . I was really glad to have him. He's a huge asset to this place. This is a pretty good dealership! I brought my Sprinter 3500 recreational vehicle to them. When they fix things, they do it by the book, no halfway fixes! The service representatives are really on the ball and know their jobs very well! Follow up from management is good. Overall, I was treated very fairly, maybe even better than that! Prices are normal for Mercedes. I can trust that the job will be right (which is more than I can say for many RV dealers!)
