    Elizabeth was our sales specialist and she was extremely professional and easy to work with. Everyone there, including the finance office, ensured our transaction was smooth and enjoyable.     Steve Grace is a valuable member to your sales staff. Whenever I visited other dealerships all the sales staff wants to do is get a contract signed immediately. Steve made me feel welcome and always available to answer any questions in person or by phone. West Point Lincoln should be proud to have Steve on board representing your dealership. As a customer, the dealership was extremely clean, all the staff courteous.
