I usually shy away from dealers when my car needs work but when it's serious, I would consider going nowhere else than someone who knows my vehicle. Joel was my Service Advisor and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was extremely thorough and went over absolutely everything found with me 'prior' to the service being completed. Kept me updated as to the status of the repair of my car. Notified me when it was time to pick it up and explained the billing item by item for me. He continuously asked me throughout the process if I had any questions and if he could be of any other service to me. I had an exceptional experience, a costly one but an exceptional one. :-) My 07 Ford Edge is on the road again driving like she was brand new. Thank you Anderson's and Joel. I also required a ride to and from. The Courtesy Shuttle was right there, both ways, and was also a very pleasant experience.
