I had an excellent experience at GT Auto. I was specifically looking for a black dodge charger. Joel helped me through the entire process and did an outstanding job! I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was specifically looking for . The process was super easy and not stressful. First and foremost thank you Joon the salesman for your outstanding work. Coming to GT Auto sales was a fantastic experience. Joon I really like the truck. Truck runs perfectly along with a clean carfax that was a plus. Even though I was expecting something I came for. But wasn't expecting to drive off the lot with a beautiful well maintained truck. Again thank you joon for your outstanding work along with the finance manager to make it happen. If I told you everything it will definitely be a long sentence. Super appreciate everyone we worked with. It was a rocky start but they helped me figure it all out in the end and I was able to get the car I wanted with a good interest rate and pmts. A++++ SERVICE!!! Sounds super cliche even paid but went over and above to meet our wants. When I’m ready to upgrade we will be going back. Would totally recommend to family and friends.
