I can’t say enough wonderful things about Josh (quite a leader), Zach (laid-back but very attentive), Dusty (who connects with people and double checks to make sure the connection is real), Cindy (who let’s you know you’re welcome when you open the front door), and the entire sales team at Southwestern Volkswagen! While it was not overt (not in your face), I could tell that there’s a lot of faith in God among the people who work there. Very courteous service - no pressure, no arm twisting. The customer service rep / salesman Ms. Robert Sellman was very helpful, and helped us in achieving a negotiated price. He also helped us get the paperwork done on time and smoothly. Overall we recommend this dealership strongly if you are looking for a good car at a great price.
The salesman Mr Robert was very knowledgeable, and was very in tuned to what I was seeking for in a vehicle. He took his time to explain what features would work best for me in the 2 models that I was looking at.
