It is so nice to finally walk into your service department and be happy about it. Since the manager changed and a few others, this service department has gone from a negative rating to a positive rating in my book. This new team is more helpful and actually shows customers they want to help and are happy that you are there. Roger is a great advisor, so much better than the last one I had to deal with. Keep up the good work!

My car always feels brand new - - real smooth - - after a service. ???? I don’t recall ever having to wait beyond the estimated timeframe. But in the event it happens, waiting doesn’t feel tedious - there are snacks, water and coffee available on the house. You can even snooze if you want to — seats are super comfortable. ???? And if you don’t want to wait, there’s free shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Supercalifragilisticespialidocious!!!
