What a wonderful experience from start to finish. From 240 miles away, Tom assisted in my picking out the car I was looking for. Steven got my paperwork completed so after the 3.5 hour drive it took less than 10 minutes to get the paperwork done. On the day I picked up my car, Bill spent as much time as I needed to walk me through all the features of the car.
