O'Reilly Chevrolet is the best for Service in Tucson for GM trucks in my opinion. I've brought my 2012 Chevrolet Suburban here for seat track replacement (complicated job), new rack and pinion assy, and routine service like coolant flush, fuel injector cleaning, and new rear differential gear oil. Every single time i come here, the service is consistently high quality. When you arrive, a lady will come out to greet you and ask if you have an appointment. Afterwards, you will go inside to talk to your advisor. The advisors have good customer service skills and give you realistic expectations. Sometimes they'll even give you a discount ???? If you want to pass the time during your service wait, you can go to Park Place Mall nextdoor. There's free coffee at the used car sales office. The advisor can also get you a Lift/Uber home if you'd like. Parts is at the back of the dealership. The parts guy has been there forever and he knows the vehicle diagrams very well. O'Reilly has a good selection of parts on-hand, especially if they're known to fail. Overall, I'd pick O'Reilly for service over Quebedeaux GMC and Watson Chevrolet. They seem to have the most experienced techs.

The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but I really want to address the little independent restaurant inside O'Reilly. David is amazing! He's nice, he's patient, and the food was so good. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito and it was the best breakfast burrito I've had in the last few years! The tortilla was warm and toasted, the cheese was melted to perfection and the eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked! Oh, and that burrito was piping hot! Great job David! I forgot to mention, he's a good dialogist too! Overall very happy with the experience, and the dealership treated me well.
