UPDATE : I want to express gratitude to the manager, Antonio, who resolved my wheel issue. They changed the oil within 2 hours, and the cost was $83! Everything is excellent! Thank you for addressing customer issues. It's valuable!???????????????? I am deeply saddened by the fact that such moments occur. Three months ago, I purchased a car from the Buick dealership. The staff assured me that service and warranty were included. They said, 'If there are any issues, just call or message us.' However, after three months, I discovered that three wheels had one brand of tires (a mix of winter and summer), while the fourth wheel had a completely different brand of summer tires. Driving with different tires on each wheel is dangerous for my safety and the safety of others. I reached out to the manager who sold me the car and handled the paperwork in the showroom. They simply said, 'Sorry, there's nothing we can do.' I was shocked. This shouldn't happen, as your concern should be the safety of people buying these cars. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership or Buick dealerships in general. Disappointed!
