Cash Only ( financing not available ) If the ad is up- it's still available - Very rare 1982 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible !! - Documented 83,000 original miles ! - Runs, Drives, Shifts, Brakes and Tracks as a Cadillac should !! Inherited by its current owner ( was his late brothers car ) for some time now and is realizing, that a car like this needs a home, an owner who is in a position and healthy enough to maintain , enjoy and care for the Caddy. Being up there in age and does not have a garage, it has come time to sell it. Paint is showing its age, but, with a good detailer, it appears the paint "come back" to what it once was , as with the Convertible Top. Typical, plastic bumper fillers have aged, became brittle and cracked and / or are now missing. Trim and brightwork also could use some good cleaning to bring back its shine. Due to the car sitting for some time, I don't know if the Convertible Top works and don't want to try it , in case it won't go back up ? Driver's door lock did work not long ago, now, appears to be disengaged ( key just spins around ? ) , passenger door , and lock , are stuck and cannot open to the door ? Lights, Horn, Signals work. Car also has the attractive " Continental " kit w/ spare tire. Interior does show its age, but as mentioned, with a good cleaning, can come back to its original glory. Power locks do not work ? Power windows do work. HVAC works ( stuck blowing on low fan ), but when pressing the buttons to adjust temperature, nothing happens ? HVAC / Radio panel is not attached ( guessing owner was messing with the HVAC controls ? ) , but the Radio does work. Believed to be original motor, transmission, drivetrain. Motor starts right up with NO strange noises, smoke or smells. Car runs and drives as one would expect a Cadillac should !
