Exception Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I’m a year late to this review; but that doesn’t change my opinion. December 27th, 2023 I nailed a deer on turnpike traveling back to NJ. After getting off the turnpike and gathering my thoughts I limped my truck to the nearest Ford dealer I could find which happened to be here. Stranded I walked into that service center where I was greeted by Brian Marx; where I immediately felt welcomed. Without hesitation Brian started the process to get the truck in the shop. Throughout the process Brian and the team at Shults Ford was extremely communicative, and reliable. This experience is one that I don’t want to have to repeat, but if I did I would want this team behind the process. They made sure everything was done perfectly even down to the red accent on my grille. I highly recommend Shults ford for both their Body Shop as well as sales; while I wasn’t shopping for a new vehicle I couldn’t help but ignore the absolutely MASSIVE inventory they had! 10/10 Shults Ford.

Ziggy was such a great sales representative. If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend going to see him. I did all of my paperwork online, went in and basically picked up my car. He made everything go so smoothly for me.

This was the MOST pleasant car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I had no intention of making a purchase, I really just wanted to see what trucks were available, how much would my old truck be worth and what kind of a deal would I get. I was planning on take that information and shopping another dealership to make sure I was getting the best deal possible.
