Had a 5 star experience with Ms. Emily Rundel. The whole process other than picking up the vehicle was done from my mobile phone at home. Emily explained the process well and made sure we were satisfied from beginning to end. Vehicle was serviced, detailed, and arrived on time for pickup. I would highly recommend working with Emily at LaFontaine Toyota and will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I always have a good experience when i come here. Great first new car experience and great service experiences. Im very proud of the camry i got from them almost 2 years ago. Ive had the advisor Lamont a few times and hes great gets me in and out everytime. I always feel welcomed as if im at home. Took my car to a different toyota dealer one time because of appointment availability and never again they didnt even do my tire rotation which made me question the rest of the work. Ill gladly wait for lafontaine everytime now.

Denice did her thing for me! she did everything in her power for me to leave with a vehicle and i did! i love her and her team they treated me like family and took care of me the whole time i was there. even though they were super busy they made sure i was still okay, comfortable and not upset. i absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car! denice is my homegirl now????! she gets the job done and she’s THEE best at what she does. thank you denice!!
