Steve was fast, fair, and efficient, ensuring that everything was in place ahead of time. When I arrived at the dealership, Noel Santos Jr. had everything prepared while Steve evaluated my trade-in. Noel walked me through the features of my new truck with respect and efficiency, having all documents ready to go. The entire process, from arrival to completion, took only 45 minutes. Anyone who has experienced being held hostage at a dealership will appreciate the swiftness and respect I was given. The deal was finalized with Steve, and everything promised was delivered. I received a fair deal on my trade-in and drove away with a truck I love, all in an affordable and timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Buying a vehicle can be super stressful. I wanted to thank Platinum Ford sales team for making the process quick. Me and my brother stopped by because they had two King Ranch trucks that we liked sitting out front. Within 15 minutes they showed us their offer. Platinum Ford North, especially Will in the service department, has taken incredible care of my car and me each and every time I brought it in! Not only did they consistently get my car in immediately (compared to some Ford service locations that told me I'd have to drop my car off and wait two weeks for them to even look at it), they serviced it quickly, and did an incredible job of updating me often on the status of the fixing process. The whole staff worked tirelessly to figure out why my car wasn't working correctly, and were able to fix the issue with my car. I'm so grateful for them and will always bring my car here for any services needs in the future!
