I tried several shops before, but many were not honest — some dismissed my concerns or tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. Finally, I found real professionals at MTZ Motors. From the moment I arrived, the owner David, his son Allan, and their senior mechanic Manuel went above and beyond to help me. They immediately diagnosed a water pump leak and gave me a very fair price for parts and labor. I also brought my own spark plugs, and they installed them with no issue. When the car was ready, the owner called me. But before handing me the keys, he noticed the check-engine and EPC lights came on. Instead of ignoring it, he told me not to worry — if anything was caused on their end, MTZ Motors would take full responsibility. That kind of honesty is rare. They even provided me a loaner car so I could continue working. Later that same day, David called to let me know they found one fuel injector stuck open. He replaced it free of charge, and since my car has over 140k miles, he recommended replacing the rest at cost. No pressure, just solid professional advice. I approved it and he took care of everything. What can I say? Austin needs more honest, reliable, and professional shops like MTZ Motors. They earned my trust, my respect, and my future business.
