Hands down best experience I have had shopping for a new car. I chose Kia of Dayton based on the Reviews and they didn’t let me down. The whole experience was a great one. The sales team was very helpful and friendly. It was a very cold day and when it came time to get my personal belongings out of my old car and transfer them to my new car, Scott helped with that as well. Kia of Dayton was the first ever to approve me for a car off of the lot, they also approved me in less than 24 hours and I had my car within 24 hours of applying. As a single mom of two whose car had just broke down the week prior, this was nothing but a blessing. Robert E. Made it so easy to just make the decision, he told me what I needed and let me decide from there. Gabe, the finance manager, made it so easy to understand exactly what I was getting myself into considering I have neverrrr received nor paid a loan before. They work with such great professionalism and build great rapport, I will be sending people their way and I’ll be returning myself.

Very good low pressure experience at Kia of Dayton. They were there to answer questions and very accommodating. No heavy or hard sales tactics, they let the car speak for itself. When I informed him that I still had a couple more test drives scheduled before I was going to make a decision he was very polite and told me to let him know if I decide to go with them in the end. Very quick and painless process and I love my new car.
