It's amazing to know customer service is still alive and well. I'm a little upset I drove to Keyser ave in Scranton for my tag and title not knowing they do full tag and title.... I did at least get to make an appointment for my inspection and oil change after I was helped well over 15 minutes at no charge sorting out a license plate registration thin that they didn't even have a hand in. Kudos to the culture here. I look forward to ongoing services.
Took my truck in for an inspection and I thought I had all the paperwork in order. I forgot the registration. He worked with me over the phone and I was able to email it to them. They were also able to download a copy using my VIN. I had 4 tires I purchased online and they mounted and balanced them with no issues. They even took care of disposal of the old ones (small fee). Very helpful and very thorough. I found them to be reasonable, personable and a pleasure to do business with.
Excellent service and title and tag service. Stayed open late to accommodate us. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.
