Can't explain how grateful I am that I found this little lot. This was my first time ever buying a car, and for some reason I wasn't approved by his credit union. He said he deals in handshakes, so when I told him I wanted the car, he was more than patient while waiting for me to try to get funding from another source (which ended up being Lightstream). He gave me all the details about the history of the car including the one past owner, gave me some additional perks that he didn't have to do, and it is honestly a beautiful car that looks brand new. Bob's a genuine dude. Ironically, it was the first lot I looked at, but after shopping around, I couldn't help but go back because he's proven to be someone you can trust and his business approach is solid, reflecting a sense of care and personableness that other lots or dealerships didn't seem to have.
