I've been to many car dealerships in my time, but my recent experience at FCC is hands down one of the best! The selection of unique and hard-to-find cars had me amazed. Never seen such variety in one place. But what made this dealership really special for me was Marquis. He’s one of those rare gems in customer service. Personable, genuine and just an all-around great guy to deal with. He answered all my questions and was super easy to reach before making the purchase. His way of communicating made me feel like I'm not just another sale, but someone he genuinely cared about. If you're looking for a great car buying experience and some really unique cars, I'd definitely recommend checking out FCC. And if you can, ask for Marquis. You wont regret it.

Ana, Adriana and the whole team were wonderful. Living several hours away, I relied on phone and email communications with the ladies for all my questions and making arrangements prior to purchasing the car. They were pleasant, factual, and did not pressure me in any way. Upon arriving at their dealership, we got the same treatment from the whole team. We were greeted and treated as valued customers and everyone went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. I can't speak highly enough about the whole experience. We drove away with a great vehicle at a great price. I had been looking for a replacement BMW since my M3 was totaled in January. Each time I thought I had found the perfect one I just missed out. Apparently a low mileage one in excellent condition doesn't stay available very long. I finally found mine at FCC. I called just minutes after it was listed on ebay and spoke to Jonathan who provided a pleasing and most helpful long distance car purchasing experience. He responded immediately to any concerns I had. Jonathan also sent me a video me as well so we could be clear about the 2 minor cosmetic issues I noted from the beautiful high resolution photos they apparently produce for each vehicle. I drove over 1000 miles to pick up my beautifully detailed E92 which the owner had also put a set of brand new tires on for me. Once on the lot I was very impressed with the other selection of luxury and sport cars available. I highly recommend Florida Car Collection and Jonathan for your next vehicle purchase.
