I can not say enough good things about Mike Turner and Missoula Car and Truck. It’s not too often anymore you have an experience with a business owner, particularly when buying a vehicle, where you walk away feeling as though you made a new friend in your shared community. In my years living in Missoula I have passed by Missoula Car and Truck many times but never found myself in need. I was directed to Mike by another business owner and assured that he would take good care of me and my teenage son. That turned out to be quite an understatement. Mike is a straight shooter, a gentleman, a father, a community member, a business owner and employer. He gave us a great deal and went above and beyond to share his extensive knowledge with my son. He treated my son like one of his, and in an increasingly cynical world, I was and remain beyond grateful. Staff are kind and great to talk with. As a woman I always feel a little uncomfortable walking into a car lot but the folks here were gracious, kind and comforting as I purchased my vehicle. There was a nostalgic, hometown feel at this lot- none of the corporate attitudes you may see other places. Enjoyed some great conversations with the staff regarding how awesome our Missoula community is. If you are in the market for a used car this is the place to go. They basically did all the financing work and helped talk me through my loan which was really helpful. Thanks guys!
