My wife and I went into Northtown because our VW lease was expiring. We didn’t know what we wanted to do next with our vehicles. We met up with Jack Reilly who was very friendly and helpful and didn’t rush us on any of our questions. We took a road test and sat in some others trying to decide. Jack gave us some different financing options which helped us finalize our decision. We also met Joe Aieilo the sales manger who was also very nice. He said he would put the car we liked on hold until we came back in a couple days, while we got our finances in order. When we returned, the car and paperwork were ready to go! We signed the usual signatures for everything and then Jack went over the new car features. My favorite was the app we could add to the phone that would locate your car or lock, and schedule service or roadside assistance. Very nice! Overall Northtown made buying a car a pleasant experience instead of the usual headaches you hear about from other dealers. If you need a car, go to Northtown Toyota and ask for Jack Riley you won’t be disappointed. It’s very rare to get good customer satisfaction these days. Keep up the good work everyone at Northtown! ????

Don’t really trust them. How come when my oil changes are included, they say 10,000 mile interval. But, when you need to pay on your own, the sticker on the windshield only has a 5,000 mile interval? That being said, they were timely.

All workers were friendly and helpful. They got the job done efficiently and I was able to get my car in and out without an issue. They called me right when it was finished so it didn't end up taking too long.
