I’ll make this short and sweet. Basically went into the dealer not even liking Nissan (or wanting to buy a car) and went straight to the used car lot, and fell in love with the 4runner there! I tried to replace a rear wheel bearing on my Frontier on my own. I could not complete the work and did not have all the necessary parts, but had gone too far to simply reinstall the axle and drive it to the dealership. Ricardo from the parts department reviewed a service diagram and ordered the correct replacements for my job, then Cynthia from the service department coordinated with the mechanics to determine my options. I brought in the axle shaft, and Beau (sp) was able to replace the parts at a fair price without the truck present - saving me a ton of headaches and time! Thank you to everyone at Santa Maria Nissan - I will definitely be back!

Javier was so helpful . I called in and Javier answered every one of my questions and was super nice . I called several other dealers and they sounded irritated when I asked a question . NOT Javier he even called me back went above and beyond ... Thanks Javier . !! Also I never leave reviews so u know damn well Javier is awesome .. his caller id has a last name with an (N) . In case there's another Javier trying to take credit .. lol didn't want to put his whole last name out .. Z
