Boone is the man! I had been searching for a brandywine 2016-2018 Toyota Land Cruiser for many, many months. I saw one pop up at this dealer but me being in Albuquerque New Mexico, I couldn't just go take a look at it. I'm the type of person that will travel anywhere in the country to buy the right vehicle, just to make sure it's exactly what I want and in great shape. I've done that many times and actually walked away even after traveling very far. Sometimes even overnight. With COVID and quarantine rules in NM, I couldn't readily do that this time. So I reached out to this dealer and spoke with Boone on the phone. I was definitely hesitant as spending over $60k on a sight unseen vehicle is very nerve racking. I asked Boone to take as many photos as possible and to please show me any damage/wear, no matter how minor. He quickly responded with many photos of extremely minor wear items and helped build my confidence. I usually buy cars with cash, but because of the high price tag on this truck, I had to finance. Boone worked helped me get all the paperwork in order that my bank would need. We finished all the paperwork on a Thursday, and by that evening he called me to let me know he found a shipper heading my way. In less than 24 hours, the truck pulled up and had my new Land Cruiser on it. I was excited but very nervous at the same time. Up to this point, I had trusted that Boone wasn't withholding any information from me. I spent the first hour of having the truck inspecting everything to ensure there was no hidden damage or repairs. The truck was damn near immaculate, just as Boone had described. In this day and age, it's rare to find such an honest used car dealership. Im glad I found them though. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, no matter how far away you live.
