Alex was super helpful, patient, and energetic every step of the way. Since the vehicle I bought yesterday was pretty uncommon- a converted commercial vehicle for personal use along with other unique circumstances- the whole process was a learning experience and took longer than expected for both of us. We took a bit finding insurance and getting a loan for it to fit with my personal situation, but we did find what worked best. This said I’m sure any other vehicle would be a breeze! He answered all my questions or found the answer, wasn’t pushy, and worked with me to make my dream vehicle mine! I’m so glad I got to work with him through the process, he made it light and fun.
