Drew and Joe made my first time buying a car experience a dream! Not knowing what to expect… I’ve only heard how much it sucks to buy a car and how it takes hours and hours and so much paperwork.. Well not here! I was in and out with my new car in under 2 hours. They are very personable and you can really tell they care about their customers. They answer any questions you have and genuinely want to help. It felt like talking to a friend, not a salesperson.. I would recommend 100 times over again! Thank you!!

I had a chance to see how the warranty service work.   Because when I bought this car it was rough riding and it needed a little bit of TLC.  Now it is smooth as butter. I picked the car up. I drove it for a day and I'm like something ain't right and needed a wheel alignment and I just wanted to make sure the oil was changed. It had a tire with a slow leak in it and I took it back to MYLENBUSCH AUTO SOURCE IN O'FALLON, MO and they fixed everything . MYLENBUSCH made the car right! They said that they wanted me happy and I really appreciate that and they have earned my business.  Happy I am! MYLENBUSCH fixed everything that I thought was wrong with the car and when I got the car they did a wheel alignment and oil change. This car runs like new money and it's fun to drive. I bought a Hyundai Tucson. And guess what? They will take a credit card for your full payment of your vehicle. Now I know most of you probably saying why pay for a car with a credit card. They do offer financing, but I get points on my credit card and if you got the money to pay it off, might as well go ahead and get the points, pay it off within 30 days and you just made yourself a little extra change. They didn't press me. They was not hard to deal with. They was real easy understanding people to work with, this is a family-owned business and I really enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from them. Over the years, I've purchased dozens of vehicles, and I've never had this excellent of an experience. The gentlemen were extremely polite and patient with not even the slightest bit of pressure to make a sale. I was able to send my wife alone to look at a couple of vehicles without fear of them taking advantage of her, but instead, they were very respectful! These guys have more than earned future business from us and will be a first on our referral list to friends and family!
