2021 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS Extended

Very pleasant experience on our first time visit to the service department here. My husbands comment upon leaving “They were great! I’m looking forward to the next time we need something done”!

When I arrived for my service Rebecca went out of her way to acknowledge my husband and I. I headed to the desk where Jose and his amazing smile and warm personality sit and was greeted by name even though we are not frequent visitors! My car was washed and then taken in for an oil change and tire rotation. I entered the service area and I got to meet Peyton in person. He was VERY accommodating and courteous! I have to say that Rimrock Subaru has an amazing staff and I always walk away from a visit to your establishment feeling better than when I walked in.

We could not have been more pleased with our service at Rimrock Subaru. We started experiencing issues of cutting out (stuttering) on hills south of Billings about 2 hours into a long road trip and were very worried about the BIG HILLS we needed to go over to get to Tacoma. We called ahead and Shawn told us he'd make every effort to get us in and out to continue our trip. We were on our way after an hour, the Ascent no longer stuttered, it was a great place to hang out, they treated our dog great and we were 7 miles short of 1000 miles for the day.
