Jeff was absolutely flawless throughout the purchase of our new van. We were in search of something big enough for our 4 kids but small enough to be enjoyable to drive everyday. We live in Florida and purchased a van from him in Texas. He had a 2018 Mercedes Metris that looked perfect for what we needed. It couldn’t have been any easier. He walked us through the whole process and made sure there were no surprises before I flew in to Texas. He was also extremely patient with us as we waiting for financing through our own credit union. He picked me up from the airport and took me to his office where we completed a small amount of necessary paperwork and I was on the road back to Florida before I knew it.
