2022 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS Extended

We had a great experience here with Mike from service and Mark from sales. Our car broke down and due to some unfortunate events needed to be towed from another shop to here, Mike was super helpful and did his absolute best to make up for the troubles we had at an unassociated mechanic. Once we realized that the repair was just not feasible Mark was super helpful in getting us into something else in a low pressure, easy negotiation that I left feeling like we both won on. We were having a small problem with a key fob after the fact and Mark has been so helpful in trying to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend checking them out for either service or sales.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership! I wanted a very specific vehicle that was not on the lot, and they were able to get it for me in less than a week. They were easy to work with when I came in to sign paperwork. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and they took the time to go through all the features with me so that I would understand how to use them. The finance department was through and explained all of the paperwork to make sure that I understood what I was signing. We had a great salesman as well. We will definitely be making our next purchase at Karl Chevrolet!

My initial experience with Chevy was excellent. Although it took a month to repair my vehicle, they kept me informed throughout the process. However, after receiving my truck, I noticed some damage that wasn't there before. I was disappointed, but the next day Chevy promptly addressed the issue. It took only an hour, and they apologized for the inconvenience. Moreover, I was compensated for the trouble caused. I've been purchasing Chevy vehicles since 2013, and I intend to continue doing so. They provide excellent customer service and genuinely care about their customers.
