Had a headlight issue post sale, even though it wasn’t their fault James worked with me resolve issue. I thanked him afterward and let him know he didn’t have to fix the problem. My wife and I had such a great experience with them. James with Florida Direct Auto was solid all around My wife and I have been looking for a 2005-2009 Lexus GX470 for a months. We found one that had potential to meet our price range and mileage several weeks ago. We found a silver one on Car Gurus and called the number immediately. I reached James. He told me it had already sold (sold the day he listed it) We spoke for a few minutes, told him about our wants/needs for a GX470. He informed us that they specialize in GXs and 4Runners. When they receive the Vehicle, first things is all maintenance and replacing the timing belt and water pumps (very important on GXs every 60-90k miles) He let me know he had one he thought would make a good fit coming in. So we exchanged numbers and our search continued. Fast forward another couple weeks we haven’t found anything. Lots of options but after inspections they were junk, completely rusted under bodies, no services done etc. then, I get a text from James “hey man, that black GX will be done tomorrow” He sent over the Carfax and the list of upgrades they have done on the vehicle. The next afternoon he sent about 60 we’ll lit pics, videos, and even hopped on FT with me to do a full walk around, showed under the body, hood, engine bay, and went for a text drive etc. we talked about a price and bought it that day! No issues at all, super relaxed feeling and no anxiety. James answered every question, sent us every pic and video we asked for and it was a done deal. We live on the west coast and this car is in Florida. James set up delivery with a very affordable price and the vehicle arrived here the next week. This was the best experience I’ve personally had buying a used vehicle and we could be more happy. Definitely appreciate your help James and I hope I can send some more GX people your way!! I bought this remotely without seeing it as I'm pretty busy. I was nervous about it, but James took care of everything even delivery at a great rate. I'm very pleased with the service and would go back again if needed another vehicle.
