2019 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS Extended

I bought a car from Bart's in Fort Wayne a couple weeks ago, and I have nothing but good things to say! I worked with Troy Laux, and he was respectful and took the time to listen to my needs and budget. He showed me on his computer what they had there and at their Columbia City location, and then offered me a test drive on the vehicle I was interested in. Troy was not pushy at all, and even suggested I looked around more before making a decision. I visited other car dealerships, but I ended up coming back to Bart's to buy the Dodge Journey I originally test drove. Troy then walked me through the warranty options offered, and let me know Three Rivers (who I financed through) probably had warranty options as well. I never felt pressured into buying, and Troy took the time to answer every question I had! I would definitely recommend buying a car here to any of my friends! Two weeks later, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Love this place! They’re really great people and helped me out a few years ago & I’m so glad I could come back and get a nicer car from them. I got a 2018 Ford Escape ?? & Corey, my salesman was friendly, funny and overall amazing! He only showed me vehicles that fit my needs/wants, my price range and was honest with everything. Thank you for answering all my silly questions and being so patient with my mom & I! Same with Caleb, their financial manager (I think that’s his position anyways????) But he was great, Incredibly helpful and explained to me everything! Appreciate y’all so much! ?

Adam was amazing! We had been at 3 other dealerships that day and received less than stellar service. Adam was knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock and helped us find the right vehicle and we were out the door with a new used car in just a few hours. We will continue to shop with Barts!
