2017 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS Extended

I can't recommend this place enough!! I was working with another RV dealership who took my $500 deposit and then two days later decided they couldn't finance me without a $12,000 down payment due to it being an older model. I was so frustrated with their service and then I found this RV online. I used the online chat feature and Todd was quick to respond to me. He let me come look at the RV after hours with no pressure to purchase it. I loved it so I went back when they were open. The financing was a quick and simple process and he know exactly what to do to make it work for us. I did not know anything about how to operate all the things. Darrell was great in showing me how to work everything and even took us on a test drive because I was too nervous to drive such a big RV. The customer service they have given us has been over the top from facetiming with me to troubleshoot an issue with the converter on a Sunday (which was a cheap easy fix), to helping get it winterized and summerized. Such a trustworthy place. You must check them out! We will be back and maybe next time we get a boat!!

Smittys has been wonderful, right from the very first time we met. We purchased an RV, the price was very fair, the trade in was very fair, he delivered it to us and picked up our old RV, They gave us a warranty and honored it. Smittys is 2 hours from our home but worth the drive. We really felt like we the most important customer they had! Thank you Todd, Smitty, Jorge and Howard you were all outstanding!
