Where does one start first you get through a few sales people who were great and you get to Bob in finance Bob who will listen to you. Bob will help you. Bob was never required to go above and beyond but certainly did. I believe the team in Everett is put together very well, every single person that I met and dealt with was probably good at what they do but God knew who I needed to speak to, and his name was Bob if you go into this dealership you will be dealt with fairly honestly and upfront. I think, from my experience . I don’t know honestly, other than the vibe, the people, Mauricio from the first phone call that stopped all the annoying texts from other dealers etc. From start to finish the team saw who I was, without even going there. That’s called intuitive sales. They helped and then there was Bob at the end. It didn’t even take going there to get to Bob. I can certainly say Bob is a rockstar and I’m appreciative to have met him and purchased a vehicle from him. I look forward to seeing him again in the future. I’m also sure that if I needed there are other Bobs in Everett to help me if he could not. As I told the younger sales staff before I left. Soak up that wisdom Bob carries. I know I did.
I bought a used '22 Bolt EV and also traded in my 15 year old car to take advantage of the federal used ev tax credit. My salesperson was Seim, he was excellent in helping us check out options when looking for a used Bolt EV. Definitely recommend going to him for the sales and test drive part! That said, like all dealerships, they do have the finance team dance with the back and forth on negotiating costs and all the time it takes to process paperwork. We were at this place for like ~4 hrs, but it is a big purchase so due diligence was necessary. This is my first car purchase in 15 years, so come prepared with your own numbers! Some things I wish I did in hindsight: get competitive prices (cargurus/carmax), insurance quotes, finance pre-approval, warranties, recalls, and your total out-the-door budget. Don't be afraid to walk away if these don't line-up! Wish they did point-of-sale discount with the used EV tax credit, almost bit on another deal elsewhere that had this service, but Chevy of Everett had the color/trim that I wanted in the end. Thanks Seim!
From the moment I walked in, this was a great experience. Seim was my sales representative and he did a great job explaining all the features and guiding me through the process with no pressure at all. Highly recommend, I had a great buying experience for my first car purchase!
