We purchased a truck today from Ronda Taylor at Car Source in Lenoir and the whole experience could not have been any better. We actually stopped by Car Source this morning on our way to Charlotte to look at another truck I had put on hold. We were met at Car Source by a very nice young man, Tyler Bush, and he let us drive the truck and took all the information on our possible trade in vehicle. When we came back, Rhonda had already worked up an offer for us, and it was a very fair offer, no haggling! I had done a lot of research over the past couple of months looking for a vehicle and what the cost would be. We found Mr. Taylor's asking price for his vehicle and the offer he gave us for our vehicle to be very fair. In addition, his truck was exactly what I'd been looking for. I explained to him that I had an appointment with a man in Charlotte that was holding a truck for me to look at and that I felt I needed to honor that trip with him. Mr. Taylor said he would hold the truck for me until I called him to let him know if I wanted his vehicle or not. Mr. Taylor's deal at Car Source was nearly $2,000 better than the offer I received in Charlotte. I was thrilled to drive back to Lenoir to purchase my truck from Mr. Taylor at Car Source. His pleasant personality, honesty, professional experience and no haggle sale made our whole experience there most enjoyable. He has gained a new customer with our family!

Excellent experience! Rhonda is a stand up guy. I called first thing in the morning to inquire about a vehicle he had on his lot. He promised that he would hold a vehicle (I've been told this many times by other dealers) for me to travel from an hour away. When I got to the dealership, there were others looking at the vehicle. He held his word and had the vehicle waiting for me. He also went out of his way to help us with a little hiccup during the purchasing process. I cant recommend this dealership more!
