?????????? Working with Andy and the entire Absolute Chevrolet team was an outstanding experience! Andy deserves special recognition for making what is often a stressful process completely straightforward. He was upfront, honest, and transparent from start to finish, and it was clear he was working for us, not against us. The dealership as a whole also made things happen quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciate. This was an out-of-state purchase for us, buying from Florida and arranging to have the vehicle shipped down , and Andy’s professionalism gave us the confidence to move forward without hesitation. He worked tirelessly to overcome hiccups and hurdles with GM Financial and was responsive every time we had a question or concern. Everything about the process was handled with integrity, and we never felt any of the usual “games” that often come with car buying. We’ll be updating this review with pictures once the vehicle arrives, but for now, we just want to say thank you to Andy and the Absolute Chevrolet team for a smooth, transparent, and genuinely positive experience in buying our new Chevy Silverado.

We recently purchased a vehicle for our son from Andy and it could not have been a better or easier experience!!! It was such a pleasure getting to know and work with Andy! His knowledge and experience of all sorts of brands of cars and the business was really impressive!!! He was so helpful getting us in the perfect car for our son who was so excited after someone totaled his previous vehicle, but Andy's first concern was if our son was ok!! I was very pleased with the service department. I was driving along the highway in the rain and my windshield wipers stopped working. I pulled off the first exit and found Universal Chevrolet. Obviously, I did not have an appointment by they were able to look at my car, get parts from Wendell, and had me driving again in less than 2 hours. I consider that a huge win!
