2025 Chevrolet Express

Folks are very nice and willing to listen and understand your concerns and issues. They have addressed the recall issues and are working on this oil consumption issue. So the vehicle went into to get serviced again because the Oil percentage had reduced down to 28% in less than 2000 miles. They decided to not change the oil this trip. wait until the percentage gets down to 0 percent.

Was greeted immediately upon arrival and vehicle was taken back quickly for the services that were required. Service area and waiting room were very clean and spacious. I was keep updated on the progress of my service and was completed in a very timely manner. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and courteous and highly recommend! I’ll be back for any service needs in the future….we’ll done!

Jeff was an excellent service advisor. He let me know the maintenance that was due on my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, he had the windows down and a/c running to have it cool when I got in. Thanks Jeff!
