Wow, what a great experience! I’m so thankful for Ford and all the associates who took great care of me and my car. They provided me with a ride to work while they were diagnosing my car but then also once my car was actually in the shop getting worked on they provided me with a very nice rental car! David Boulanger is a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The finance manager (I wish I could remember her name) was excellent as well; she made the whole process painless and enjoyable.
