I purchased my car here, April 2023; I’ve needed service on it a few times and have been unable to get a few issues fixed until recently. Jesse in service has been hands down the best! He takes every concern/ complaint without hesitation, and fixes the issue as quickly as possible. His communication is wonderful, and gives a great time line for parts and pickup.

I am in Oregon and had a part shipped to me from Connell Chevrolet. VINCE in the parts department was AMAZING! I had been looking for a few non-existent parts for my 2000 Chevy Metro. Without one part specifically, the car was just a paperweight. Vince was literally holding the last cable on record in his hands. It took me 2 days to finally make sure the cable was the correct one and Vince was very helpful and gracious the entire way through.
