Dales Auto Sales was the first place I stopped last Friday. After looking all day at other places I made my way back there. At first I wasn’t even sure Kyle worked there. He wasn’t your typical salesman type attitude. When going over details of the truck he pointed me toward, he said this one will be spot on with what the bank says it worth. I didn’t even have to NADA the truck myself, he had it ready. Still, He dropped sticker price and was also fair with the trade in of my broke down truck. He went and picked it up with his trailer to save me the hassle of trying to drive it there later. A week later and I’m completely happy with the truck and service I got from Kyle and Dales auto sales. Everyone is shocked when I tell them I got a 2017 Ram 1500 with 60,000 miles on it for a good deal

I bought my Dodge Grand caravan through Dale's Auto and they went through a big ordeal to help me buy it. After having it for a couple of weeks the transmission went out on me during rush hour. I got a hold of Gary at Dale's Auto and I had it towed there. Dale found a used transmission and put it in for me. He was so nice and even split the costs of getting the transmission and the labor to have it done. They could have said it's not their problem and that it would have all been on me, because I didn't have a warranty, but they got it fixed and agreed to pay half for me. If anyone is looking for an honest dealership to buy a vehicle I would beyond highly recommend buying at Dale's. You get a great vehicle and fantastic service from extremely great people.
