The communication was excellent with the sales team and me. The deal was fair. Very positive experience. The group in Red Bud is very considerate and fair. Even though it’s not my first experience at this dealership, they offered me another tour of the dealership. They even tried to set up my first oil change and service! I do not want to buy a vehicle from any other dealer. They are fantastic!

I have purchased 14 vans and trucks for work and 2 personal vehicles over the past three years. 6 months ago, on a road trip from Chicago to Memphis my truck went into limp mode and I panicked. As frustrating as that is, it led me to Ed Morse Chevy. After spending 3 hours trying to find a dealership able to look at the truck in a reasonable amount of time, somehow I ended up speaking with their GM Brandon. That day he and his team were beyond sympathetic to my situation. I was able to limp the vehicle in and have it looked at. I'm too embarrassed to say what the issue was, but they caught it right away and got me on my way. Since then, I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and each time time I do I kick myself for not knowing about this place sooner. There are probably a hundred dealers between Chicago and Red Bud but I don't have a desire to use a single one of them with the ease and service these guys provide. I only wish they would open a location by me so I could use them for regular service.
