I have had the absolute best and most seamless car buying experience ever with Harrison! I was a special case as I was buying a car while being located in London and preparing for my move back to the States. Harrison was so easy to communicate with throughout the process and commend him for putting up with my messages at weird hours due to the time difference. We started the transaction on a Monday and by Thursday everything was complete the paperwork and bank transfer. Harrison never made me feel like I was being 'sold' to. When we were going through the paperwork via Zoom I explained to him I intended to pass this car down to my son in a few years when he is driving and he helped me picked add ons that were only suited for my particular situation. I much appreciated the transparency! What has been even more impressive is Harrison's communication after the purchase was complete as I was trying to time delivery of the car as close to my arrival in the States as possible. He took it upon himself to set reminders and always followed through on his word. I am pleased to say my brand new Mercedes GLA 250 4Matic was picked up today and will arrive tomorrow.
