I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback limited edition. Jacob and Joe were very helpful from start to finish and even after I left a lot. The seal underneath the back brake light over top of the hatch door was weak and when it would poor rain there would be some dripping to the inside of the vehicle. I noticed this a couple of weeks after purchasing the vehicle and we had heavy rain. I called and told Joe about the issue he immediately gave me a phone number to a guy to come look at it and that he would take care of the bill and that's exactly what happened. I called they came out replaced everything and I never seen a bill. These guys really take care of their customers. The car has been perfect otherwise. I highly recommend ROYAL IMPORT INC.
