"People over Profits" that is Three 21 Auto-Sales motto and I can attest to that. I was impressed with them the moment I stepped onto their lot. There were no pushy sales people, just a bunch of friendly people willing and able to help me with a purchase. Two days after buying my car, it broke down. I was in tears, literally, I knew I bought the car "as is". When I called to inform them of my situation, the service manager immediately replied "We are not that type of car lot. What is your location, we will send a tow truck and can we provide you with an uber?" I was shocked! Most car lots would have reminded you that you bought the car "as is" but not Three 21 Auto. They really do value "people over profits". Oh, and a side note, their mechanic worked his magic and quickly had me back on the road. It has been over a month and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Three 21 Auto-Sales.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of cars and they were so amazing with answering any questions that I had about anything. I bought a single owner 08 ford fusion this past month and everything about it is amazing! Three21 makes sure that each car is up to their high standards and they give you all the details on any car in the lot that you'd be interested in. This is the only car dealership where I’ve felt respected as a customer. They took the time to explain every detail, got me the best deal possible and bent over backwards to accommodate for me and my needs. The owner even came to see me once the car was sold to show me all of its other features when I had already bought the car. The staff are extremely helpful with every step of the process. They really want you to walk away happy here. This is the only dealership I will be going through from now on and so should you.

Forgot to leave a review of my experience here. It was a great one couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. Vince was great and the vehicle he sold me has been amazing. Not one issue. They even did a bunch of maintenance on it before I got it. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car.
