Despite the 97° heat, the a/c was strong, the ride was smooth, and we still averaged 25 mpg while enjoying our music and the views. Subaru Forester Hybrid – Perfect for our Boise trip to Freak Alley and the Idaho State Capitol. Great fuel economy at 33 mpg and a smooth city drive. Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition – My personal favorite. We took this one out for a day of shooting at the Magic Valley USPSA range, Jerome Gun Range, fishing in Hagerman and finished the day off at the Hunmingbird Exhibit in the South Hills. Tons of cargo space, rugged style, and serious cool factor. Subaru Outback Touring – Luxury meets comfort. Vented leather seats, premium feel, and an ideal choice for our Sun Valley day trip. I’d take this one on any long-distance road trip in a heartbeat. A major plus: my son is actually a Tesla mechanic who loves Subarus for their AWD, safety, and reliability. This rental experience helped him narrow down what he wants to buy next. We even visited the Twin Falls Subaru dealership to discuss buying an Outback Wilderness when his truck lease ends next year. What truly impressed us was Sabrina’s commitment to integrity and customer care: • Every vehicle was spotless, smelled great, and looked brand new (300–2000 miles on average). • No surprise fees, no bait-and-switch — exactly what was quoted is what we paid. • The cars we reserved were the cars we received. • Sabrina even had the car waiting at the airport for my son when he arrived, fully fueled, clean, with a local guidebook, a list of restaurants, tourist spots, and her personal contact info in case we had any questions.
