On yesterday I arrived at service @ 9 am without an appointment for an oil change. I was advised that there could be a 3-4 hour wait. Since it was Friday and I had no appointment, I simply requested for the courtesy shuttle to bring me home. By the time Mr. Clarence pulled into my driveway in Zachary, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready. Hailey kept me abreast of the needs of my vehicle and the service was phenomenal. Best visit ever! NOW… if I can just get JOHN ROBERTS from the sales side to give attention to a matter that has been ignored for MONTHS, it would be great!
