2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab Standard Box

Took in my Toyota Highlander for extra keys to be made. At first I was impressed that they had employees in the parking lot helping guide you to the door you need to enter depending on what you needed to do at the dealership. The inside was huge and had all the comforts of waiting for your car to be serviced. TV to pass the time, you could pay for snacks and drinks and you could sit at a table and work on your computer. Little did I know how long I would be there. Three hours when I was promised two hours to get my two extra keys programmed. I left without the keys as they couldn't accomplish this as stated. I now have to go back Monday for another hour or two and try again as they had to go to another dealership to get two more keys. Soooooo disappointed that I'm wasting my afternoon. Ok so I went today , Monday and my keys were delivered within the hour as promised. The manager was very apologetic and made sure I received the service they promised. Thank you for following up. I will be back in the future for continued business. Very impressive.

Absolutely amazing experience with Elvis Lemus!!! John Barr, if you see this, you have one amazing employee working for you and have to keep him at all costs. Elvis went above and beyond to get the deal done as I was very set in my terms, but reasonably fair. I was honest and forward with what I wanted and he didn’t try to steer me away. He understood I had specific parameters and met every single one of them. When I’m ready for my next vehicle, this will be my very first stop!
