Just purchased a 1996 Ford F150 4 x 4 from Jack Miller Auto Plaza. Salesman Jake Clinton oversaw the deal for me and also was kind enough to pick me up at the Kansas City Airport as I flew in from Denver to complete the deal. I just want to say between the dealership’s professionalism and the friendly, considerate service I received from Jake, I can honestly say this was my best experience ever in buying a car. And I have bought quite a few cars during my lifetime. As for my truck, it was clean, runs great and they gave me a full tank of gas to start the drive back to Denver. Even amid the blowing snow, high winds and cold weather, the truck completed the journey without a hitch. My husband and I purchased a car at Jack miller last week and when I tell you that this is THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had is an understatement. Jake was very helpful from start to finish. We had a very minor issue and they went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I’ve never been more happy with a purchase.
