Every experience here has been excellent. I really appreciate Deborah’s knowledge and persistence in getting approval for the antenna replacement on my Odyssey 2019 Elite. Brooke and others in delivery have been so very helpful in me understanding all the systems in my car. Earlier in 2024 Bailey was my first on site contact and started my experience off with an efficient and pleasant attitude. This is my fourth Honda and I have been at many dealerships in other states. Honda World is by far the best dealership I have been to. Everyone from the sales group, service & parts department, janitorial staff to the delivery specialists seem to work together to make the customers experience really great. I intend to recommend this dealership highly when I am asked.

My experience was pretty good . We just bought a new car there and have one that has been serviced there for years. One of the things they need to work on is communication . It took me 30 minutes to get someone in service . Only when I called the line that was to purchase a new car did I get a response . Then I realized they never charged the number to contact me from a previous number , we had this discussion on 3 different occasions. I was disappointed in the reaction . No “ sorry about the inconvenience “ . Quality of work was good . The sales person we used was excellent.

They are always kind, quick, and affordable. took my Civic in to get the AC fixed under the extended warranty, which they completed but my merge camera on the mirror stopped working coincidentally during that visit. They had me bring the car back, and they were able to diagnose and fix the merge camera for me. great customer service!
