The service department treated us very well. We were greeted and updated on the status of our repairs. Unfortunately, this is one more of several trips to the dealer with related problems that are covered by the original manufacturer warranty, and each time a diagnosis is performed, we are asked to bring the vehicle back once the parts are ordered and arrived and finally an appointment is made to install related electronic part or parts. The dealership explains that parts are wearhoused at the dealership, and often, the manufacturer has a back order issue. This being true, and then the problem lies with the manufacturer and management for not taking care of their economy and high-end customers. Reluctantly, namebrand suffers at the hand of the upper management and lack of corporate ownership of these issues. There are no bad teams, only bad leaders. Bad leadership reflects all the way down through management, manufacturing, distribution, sales, repairs, and, finally, customer retention. I would hope that this poorly worded comment would reach higher levels of corporations and help many future customers ask many more questions throughout the sale, purchase, and ownership of a vehicle.
Thank you again to the staff at Lawrence Hall Cadillac, who has my best interest in mind.

One of the easiest car buying experiences i have had in a long time. Eric Simpson was an awesome guy to work with and never questioned what I wanted or was looking for. The process and paperwork was smooth and no issues.
