Purchased mine used today here. Very happy with the overall experience. No need to argue or negotiate any mark-up or add-ons (no mark-up or add-ons at all). Want to give a thumb-up to the sales staff Eddie G. He is a very decent, nice, and knowledgeable person. The sticker price was already below KBB, and he helped me to get even some extra discount. The car is in very well condition. Brought it to a local auto shop (my friend) for PPI and the report was excellent (all passed). Just hope their service will be as good as the sale experience. Will like to recommend this dealer to my friends.

This was the smoothest easiest purchase of nearly anything I’ve ever had to make, especially for being a car! From the day I went to check out the car I wanted and after working with Mace, I know that when the time came to purchase, I’d be going with South Bay. Mace was very candid, patient, and diligent in making sure I got the car I wanted without any tricks or salesy tactics. It took a few weeks, but he made sure to keep me updated, and eventually got me exactly what I’d asked for. And with a great deal no less! I went in thinking i wouldn’t get any additional warranties, but they made it make sense for me. My favorite part was that I wasn’t at the dealership all day. Probably even less than two hours. Mace helped me to do a lot of the front work online, and because we had an appointment had my car washed already before my arrival. I still had a full day (albeit rainy as hell) to get used to my new car before I had to take it to work the next day. I’d been to other Hyundai dealers, but this was the best by far! Thanks for my dream car, guys!

Jeremy Smith (manager in Service department) provided me with outstanding customer service. The door key of my 2010 was damaged when a thief attempted to steal my vehicle.
