When I first went to Freeland Chevy my corvette was on the verge of falling apart. In need of a new torque tube, I had no choice but to leave the car there and hope the repair would not empty my pockets. Then, like a superhero landing in… came Johnny. Johnny is the single greatest service member I have met in all my years. Not only did Johnny go above and beyond in making sure that my Corvette was repaired in a timely manner and at a great price, but Johnny made the experience so good that I may just break my transmission just to come back. Johnny kept great communication with me while my car was being repaired and made sure that I was kept updated during the whole process… he even offered to order me a ride home when I dropped it off. Overall, the whole experience was great and everyone was professional and friendly. When I first went to Freeland Chevy I had a broken transmission, but when I left… I left not only with a fresh torque tube, but I left with a friend.
My experience at the dealership was really amazing. Frank was great during this whole process of keeping me updated on the issue with my vehicle and the status of the repair. The repair took a few days because of having to order parts but it was still quicker than I expected. The price was fairly reasonable given the repair so no complaints there and although I wasn’t approved for financing, I still appreciate Frank doing everything he could to help me save money as best I can. Great experience and I will be bringing my car there for all future main
